At Blue Ridge Secure Storage, most customers prefer to rent on a month-to-month basis. This means you get to decide how long you stay, and you can move out at any time without the hassle of long-term commitments. If you’ll be staying a while (and we hope you do,) then we offer a 5% discount for prepaying 6 month rent or 10% discount for prepaying 12 months
You are responsible for the items you store with us and will need to furnish your own renters’ insurance. There are several companies with very affordable rates that can be found by searching online.
